    Start by browsing our staff openings on the University of Sunnydale Careers page. Each posting includes key responsibilities, qualifications, and a snapshot of life at Sunnydale. When you find a role that excites you, we invite you to apply online.


     
  • Submit Your Application 

    Complete the online application and upload any required documents—usually a résumé, cover letter, and references. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your materials safely.


     
  • Application Review 

    Our hiring team reviews applications throughout the posting period. If your experience aligns with the position, you may be invited to the next step. Whether you’re applying to Admissions, Administration, or Buildings & Grounds, we carefully consider how your talents might shine here at Sunnydale.


     
  • First-Round Interview 

    Selected candidates are invited to a first-round interview, typically held by phone or video. This is a chance for us to learn more about your background—and for you to ask initial questions about the role and our campus culture.

     
  • Final Interview 

    Top candidates are invited for a deeper conversation. Depending on the role, this may include a panel interview, meeting team members, or touring campus. We want you to get a genuine feel for what it’s like to work at the University of Sunnydale—our collaborative spirit, our welcoming community, and our sunlit campus spaces.

     
  • Reference & Background Check 

    If you advance as a finalist, we’ll contact your references and complete any required background checks. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way so you’re never left wondering where things stand.

     
  • Job Offer 

    Once a decision is made, the hiring manager or HR team will reach out with a verbal offer, followed by a written offer with full details on salary, benefits, and start date. We’re always happy to answer questions or discuss specifics.
